Personal data are processed under your voluntary consent (legal basis: Article 6 Section 1 Letter (a) of the GDPR) for the purpose of the contract performance and for taking any actions before the contract conclusion (legal basis: Article 6 Section 1 Letter (b) of the GDPR) or for the purposes arising from any legitimate interests pursued by the data controller (legal basis: Article 6 Section 1 Letter (f) of the GDPR). The recipients of the personal data may/will be: companies providing IT support for the data controller, the data controller's associates, public authorities and other entities related to the contract performance. We do not transfer your personal data outside Poland/EU/European Economic Area. The personal data will be stored for a reasonable period, i.e. a period related to the contract performance, and not longer than periods consistent with the applicable laws in the individual areas of the personal data processing. We process the data obtained in connection with the contract conclusion by the end of the limitation period for potential claims related thereto. Your personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as entities with which the Company cooperates as part of the services ordered, to the extent necessary and in accordance with the concluded contracts. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner. You have: a) the right to access your personal data and receive a copy thereof, b) the right to rectify (correct) your personal data, c) the right to delete your personal data, d) the right to limit the personal data processing, e) the right to object to the personal data processing, f) the right to transfer the personal data, g) the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, h) the right to withdraw your consent to the personal data processing (withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out under your consent before its withdrawal). Data provision by you is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us with your personal data, we may refuse to take the requested actions, including not to conclude a contract. The personal data are not used to profile the customer or to take any automated actions.
