Based on Article. 13 sec.1.and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, that is state as following:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending offers, generating orders, commercial information, marketing of products and services of the Administrator                       based  on art. 6 sec.1 letter. a,  European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 (RODO=GDPR =>General Data Protection Regulation).
4. Your personal data is processed in the following scope: name and surname, company, E-mail, contact and address data, telephone number, IP number.
5. Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities; to our partners, that is companies with whom we cooperate by combining products or services. Our subcontractors (processing entities), e.g. accounting, legal and IT companies, may also have access to the data.
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
7. Your personal data will be stored until your consent is revoked.
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9. If you feel that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Providing your personal data by yourself is voluntary, but if you do not provide personal data, the Administrator may refuse to carry out activities covered by the scope of consent.              
11. Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
12. According to art. 21 sec.4 about GDPR, this to inform you that you have the right  to object to the processing of personal data about you. Objections must be submitted to the Administrator, whose contact details are indicated at point 2, pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 about GDPR.
